1. Consistent, Personal Care

I see every client personally, so you always know the person showing up at the door for each visit is the person you hired from the start — me. Relationships stay steady and communication stays simple. That consistency creates the kind of comfort and confidence no large company can match. There's no manager here with a huge caseload, trying to ensure a level of care for dozens of clients they barely even know.  

2. Professional Responsibility

Responsibility arises naturally from compassion and integrity. I offer more than basic caregiving duties--I provide care stewardship. I pay attention what's really happening for each of my clients, I communicate, I problem-solve, I collaborate, and I follow through. You can count on me to treat every detail as if it matters, because it does. 

3. Compassionate, Experienced

Aging can bring a myriad of challenges for all of us, and for our families as they figure out their roles. With years of experience caring for people with a wide variety of needs and restrictions, I bring calm strength, compassion, and understanding. Dementia, loss of motivation, loss of identity, mobility limitations, resistance to eating or hygiene activities, depression, and anxiety are just some of the things people may face as they age and we will do it together.

4. Communication and Problem Solving

 Good care is built on teamwork and trust. I keep care plans meaningful, notes clear, and everyone informed while maintaining confidentiality. Because there’s no chain of intermediaries, communication stays direct — between me, the family, and anyone else involved. Together, we keep things clear and find simple, workable solutions for the person at the heart of it all.

Care Services

Care Stewardship is my way of making sure the whole picture stays cared for — not just the checklist of tasks, but the living system of a person’s daily life. I stay aware of what’s changing, what’s working, and what needs attention. I communicate, coordinate, and follow through, so small things don’t become big problems and the person at the center feels supported rather than managed. 


Direct Care means being present for what the day actually needs — helping with meals, bathing, dressing, tidying, conversation, or getting out to appointments and small outings.
The goal is comfort, rhythm, and dignity — keeping life moving, even gently, instead of letting it close in. 


Practical Details
I work primarily daytime hours, with limited weekend availability.
Visits are usually three hours, twice a week or more as needed.
My service area is southwest Calgary and nearby neighbourhoods where travel between clients stays reasonable.


Rates and scheduling are straightforward — we’ll confirm them together when we talk about your needs.
